For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. A PayPal account is not required for credit card purchases. PayPal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account.
Credit cards including American Express are also a payment option.
In an effort to keep costs low, we prefer to use First Class Mail or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and only within the United States and Canada.
2017 - We recently had to increase by $.50 due to several increases over the last year from USPS. In order to stay in business we just can't lose as much as we have been in shipping costs. Our product prices are lower than most on the market so we cannot also lose a lot in shipping.
Cost for US is $5 for up to $35 and $7 for up to $75 over $75+ is free.
DURING BLACK FRIDAY WE WILL HAVE A FLAT $7 FEE FOR ALL ORDERS.
Canada - $7.95 for up to $19, $10.95 for up to $35 and over $35 is $12.95. Due to the steep rise in cost of shipping as weight goes up, we do not offer free ship to Canada.

IF YOU WANT TO PAY THE FULL PRICE OF SHIPPING MINUS $5 WE WILL COVER, TO CANADA PLEASE CHOOSE 'FREE LOCAL' AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU AFTER YOUR ORDER PLACED.
ORDER COMBINING - If you have an order that has not shipped yet and you place another order, you can email us after placing the 2nd order. We will refund the charge for the 2nd order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order through the automated email you should receive upon shipment, or you can access it through your Paypal payment. If you don't receive an email within 2-3 days, please email us.
Returns are allowed on all unused items. We give 100% back of the purchase price minus any shipping fees paid. If you received free shipping, you will be charged our max shipping cost for each shipment sent and that will be deducted from your refund.

We do allow returns on used items if there is a noticeable flaw and you contact us first. An RMA form is not required but we do require notification first.
